1. Free 30 Days Return & Refund

In case of a product falls short of your expectations, you have the option of obtaining a complete refund within 30 days of receiving it.

2. Broken or Damaged Product

If you received a damaged product or it is not in working condition, you can get a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

3. Exchange

If you received a defective or damaged product, you can get an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  3. Once approved we will ship the new product to you

5. Lost Package or Didn’t receive

We are sure that this will never happen because every package we deliver has a tracking number and is monitored by our team. But if it does happen, we will refund you the full money or ship you a new Product

6. Change or Cancel my order

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 2.5% cancellation fee to cover the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

7. How long do refunds take to process? 

We issue a refund within 7 Business Days and it can take up to 10 days for your bank to process it.

8. What’s your return policy?

You’ll have to ship your returns to the assigned address once your return is approved.  

9. I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If you encounter an issue, please email us promptly, and we will do our best to address it. However, we cannot guarantee a solution as our products are typically processed and shipped within a day or two of ordering. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we regret that we will be unable to halt it. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Our system processes orders automatically based on the information provided by the customer.

10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved – that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us 

11. 2 Years Product Warranty 

If our product malfunctions within two years of purchase, you are eligible for a complete refund or a free exchange of the product.
